Safety Update for Simchat Torah

As we are still in the midst of the Covid pandemic, our programming and safety committees have been working diligently to plan a celebration that is both SAFE AND FESTIVE.  Please mind the following:

  • Face Masks must be worn while participating in Simchat Torah services and hakafot.
  • Food will be served and there will be seating provided both inside and outside.
  • The initial hakafot will include dancing in our Social Hall while the last hakafot will lead to an outdoor location.  The middle hakafot will occur in the Zucker Family Sanctuary. All hakafot will require face masks.
Please feel free to engage in all or part of our Simchat Torah celebration given your own level of comfort. We look forward to seeing everyone at Dor Tikvah!

Schedule

Please look out for schedule changes in our weekly email & Shabbat newsletters.

All Dor Tikvah services will be held indoors in the Zucker Family Sanctuary unless otherwise noted. Due to Covid spikes in the area, we will still require face masks be worn at all services.

We ask that individual congregants allow spacing of 1 cushion (3ft) between congregants while seated, but family units may sit together. Sections will be available for congregants that desire greater spacing (6ft).

Registrations for holidays are below. Shabbat services sign-up will be on our regular services registration page.

High Holiday Honors

Following a longstanding local tradition, we again offer High Holiday Honors for purchase this year, IN PERSON. Please consider honoring a friend, family member, or even yourself with one of these highly sought-after opportunities!
